The round 105 mm is separate loaded, with a high-explosive projectile M1 and propellant charge M2. It is intended for the destruction of personnel, light fortifications, unarmored and lightly armored vehicles. The projectile is filled with TNT explosive. The full propellant charge M2 is in a brass cartridge case.
